There’s a new off-the-grid, breezy retreat in Ibiza, perfect for those looking to bask in the balearic Island’s irresistible flavour while still enjoying a slice of tranquility.
Interior architect’s The Nieuw, in conjunction with Ibiza Interiors, transformed a 100-year old, former warehouse building into a stunning new addition to the northern hills of the Spanish party Isle.
The new Ibiza addition is called the Campo Loft and was created from a dilapidated warehouse that lacked everything from windows to electricity, water and plumbing.
The contemporary dream house lies on the north of the party island, and features everything you would need to have a picture perfect holiday.
At just 861 square feet, the home still manages to make guests feel like they are inside in a much larger space, with large open spaces, bright colours, and contemporary fixtures and decor.
There are two double-bedrooms, one bathroom with a free standing bath, an open plan living room offering stunning views of the surrounding valley, a separate dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen.
Outside there is a private terrace, and the best feature, a swimming pool perfect for watching the sun set at night.
And don’t worry, water, electricity and plumbing all now flow into the home.
