Today marks the opening of H&M’s Home second store in London and it looks simply stunning.
H&M calls this a “dynamic and inspiring customer experience” as the consumer seems to be taking centre stage in terms of the store’s services and offerings.
To begin with, the store features a Blomrum florist who is there to cater to customers’ needs in terms of purchasing but also in mixing and matching flowers for the perfect personalised bouquet.
Adding to the aspect of customisation, shoppers can easily personalise their favourite homeware pieces (including towels and bedding) through a monogramming service.
What a lovely touch to add to any of your purchases, or even better if you’re getting someone a gift.
Furthermore, you can place online orders, get worldwide delivery (which is a first in the UK market) and also pick up your purchased items later if you don’t want to carry around bags while you’re getting on with your shopping day.
The only thing that could be missing from this phenomenal store is food. Which luckily has been taken care of with an in-store café.
H&M is collaborating with it’s: Pleat offering shoppers a balance of healthy food options and little treats to keep them going throughout their shopping experience.
Of course, all this is set in a tranquil and stylish environment which could support capturing the perfect insta-moment.

Other than all of the above, the store expands over a 700 square metre space on two floors providing an abundance of collections and interior styles which will cater to all tastes and preferences.
Sounds like what one would call an interior heaven.
H&M Home Regent Street will be open between 10 am – 9 pm Monday – Saturday and 12 pm – 6 pm on Sunday.
