Aldi is launching three new gin flavours as part of its famous summer gin festival and the anticipation is real for all gin lovers.
The supermarket giant which is known for its incredibly popular gin selection is coming back stronger for this summer as it has plenty new flavours in store.
These new flavours will join the recently launched Seville Orange & Persian Lime, Parma Violet Gin Liqueur and the Rhubarb Pink Grapefruit and Black Pepper Gin Liqueur which have already been adored by the masses.
The Gin Lane Rhubarb Gin is a classic London Dry Gin distilled with sweet rhubarb flavourings that will invigorate your palate. Aldi describes this as a “deliciously sweet drink with a tart, zesty finish” and suggests pairing it with tonic water and a few rhubarb sticks.
It will retail for £19.99 per 70 cl bottle.
Next up is the Infusionist Raspberry & Edlerflower gin liqueur which is described as “balanced and subtle”. This has flavour notes of raspberries and elderflower while it is described as “balanced and subtle”.
It will retail for £9.99 per 50 cl bottle.
A tipple that is on the unusual side is the Blackcurrant & Liquorice gin which combines blackcurrant and coriander flavours with sweetened liquorice, citrus and almond. Suggested serve for this one is your choice of premium tonic and a slice of lemon for garnish.
Nevertheless, gins aren’t the only alcoholic beverages the budget supermarket is launching as you’ll also be able to get your hands on some new Eden Mill pre-mixed cocktails at £1.99 each and mini gin selection packs at £9.99 each.
If you’d like to purchase any of the above they roll out in stores on May 26 so make a note in your calendars.
