It’s good news for TV and LEGO fans everywhere, as the famous brick building company has announced it will be releasing a Friends LEGO set.
In a short Twitter announcement, the toy maker wrote quite simply: “The one with LEGO bricks. Coming soon.”
It was accompanied by a short animated video depicting the Friends crew, Phoebe, Ross, Chandler, Monica, Rachel, and Joey, on their famous sofa in front of the fountain, as seen in the opening titles of the ’90s show.

The clip has currently been seen more than 66,000 times with several Twitter users posting up Friends related gifs in response to the news.

The upcoming LEGO collection will coincides with the 25th anniversary of the well-loved sitcom, which premiered on September 22, 1994.
LEGO have previously created themed sets before, typically around children’s brands such as Harry Potter, but a crowdsourcing idea section generated the idea of LEGO for older toy fans.
Having previously created a “Big Bang Theory”–inspired collection for all ages, this newest Friends collection is sure to be enjoyed by Millennials and kids alike!
