If you fancy a treat for both you and your pup, then this brand new pop up dog cocktail bar might just be for you.
Called Puppies and Cocktails, the idea builds on the popularity of dogs friendly pubs – with a twist.
Instead of enjoying a pint and a packet of peanuts with your faithful hound, you’ll soon be able to indulge in a selection of fruity drinks.
The event will take over the Earth and Stars pub in Brighton, turning it from a cocktail bar to a puptail bar for one evening only.
The business is the brainchild of young entrepreneur Lauren Gardner and was inspired by dog and cat cafes across the UK, as well as her friend’s dogs Caspar and Buster.
Guests will be given a complimentary cocktail, while pets can enjoy a dog-friendly tipple called a “puptail”, as well as a goody bag packed with treats and toys.

There will also be a series of games and competitions, with a professional photographer and videographer on hand to capture the action.
The event will also raise money for the charity, Guide Dogs UK, which provides mobility for the blind and partially sighted.
The event will be held at the pub in Windsor Street between 6pm and 8pm on November 3, offering a place for dog owners and their pets to relax for an evening out.
Tickets must be bought in advance and are available now at eventbrite priced at £13 per ticket for dog owners and £10 for non dog owners.
